PUPPIES are $1200.
The parties to this Agreement,

hereby enter into a contract for the purchase and sale of a_____ English Mastiff puppy
(PUP NAME INSERT ), whelped on the _________2014 by
SIRE-Hades III AKC (American Kennel Club) and DAM -RHEA NAPR, ( North American Purebed Registry
(PUP NAME INSERT ), whelped on the _________2014 by
SIRE-Hades III AKC (American Kennel Club) and DAM -RHEA NAPR, ( North American Purebed Registry
The Buyer and the Breeder agree as follows:
1. The purchase price of the Puppy is $__1200_ in Canadian funds.
2. Any transportation costs will be paid by the Buyer. We will not ship, however it may be possible to meet you.
3. The Breeder guarantees the Puppy to be a typical English Mastiff dog suitable as a pet and that to the best of their knowledge the Puppy is in good health and free of any communicable disease.
4. The Breeder guarantees the Puppy against any crippling hereditary defect until the Puppy attains the age of one year. For the purposes of this agreement, a “crippling hereditary defect” is defined as any hereditary condition that renders the Puppy unable to function as a pet.
5. If, within its first year of life, the Puppy develops a crippling hereditary defect, the Buyer shall provide the Breeder with a statement from the examining Veterinarian verifying the condition of the Puppy.
The Breeder may request that a Veterinarian of the Breeder’s choice examine the Puppy, or the medical data, or both. If the Breeder agrees that the Puppy has developed a crippling hereditary defect, the Breeder shall replace the Puppy with one of equal value as soon as one becomes available to the Breeder, if in the meantime, the Buyer has returned puppy to breeder or breeder has agreed on puppy being euthanized.
The Buyer shall give the Breeder an opportunity to have the Puppy evaluated by a Veterinarian of the Breeder’s choice before making any decision to euthanize the Puppy. Breeder shall be given the opportunity to have puppy returned.
The Breeder may request that a Veterinarian of the Breeder’s choice examine the Puppy, or the medical data, or both. If the Breeder agrees that the Puppy has developed a crippling hereditary defect, the Breeder shall replace the Puppy with one of equal value as soon as one becomes available to the Breeder, if in the meantime, the Buyer has returned puppy to breeder or breeder has agreed on puppy being euthanized.
The Buyer shall give the Breeder an opportunity to have the Puppy evaluated by a Veterinarian of the Breeder’s choice before making any decision to euthanize the Puppy. Breeder shall be given the opportunity to have puppy returned.
6. The Buyer shall provide such protective vaccinations, boosters and veterinary care as may from time to time be required to ensure the well-being and good health of the Puppy.
7. The Buyer shall provide a secure environment to ensure the care and safety of the Puppy, including, but not limited to, a fenced area for the Puppy to be allowed outside off lead.
8. The Buyer shall provide the Puppy with sufficient quantities of good quality food suitable for a large breed dog and fresh water.
9. The Buyer shall provide sufficient exercise and training to ensure that the Puppy becomes a good companion and kept conditioned with good muscle tone.
10. If, for any reason, the Buyer cannot keep the Puppy, he shall so notify the Breeder and shall offer the Breeder the first opportunity to take the Puppy back, or place it in a suitable home, or both at no charge to breeder. The Puppy's registration papers and current transfer must be signedand accompany the Puppy. Buyer is to bring puppy/dog back to breeder at his expense. Unlessdue to specific situation, that warrants dog to be euthanized.
11. The Buyer guarantees that at no time will the Puppy be turned over to any pound, humane society, pet store or animal shelter. Breeder is entitled to having Puppy returned at no charge.
12. All provisions of this agreement relating to the responsibilities and obligations of the Breeder
shall become void if the ownership of the Puppy changes without the knowledge and consent of the Breeder.
13. The Puppy is be take to vet by new owners within 4 weeks of purchase or waives all health guarantees.
14. This is a nonbreeding contract. Meaning, your new puppy is to be spayed or neutered by the expense of the new owner. Within reasonable time frame .
15. . The Buyer agrees to keep puppy from laying on hard surfaces such as cement or asphalt.These are house dogs and should not be chained up. They do best in a loving home environment and sold as a house pet/family member.
16. The Buyer agrees that, except for the purposes of very light training or familiarization, the Puppy will not be used for carting, sledding, hauling, backpacking or any similar physically stressful activity until the Puppy has attained the age of 18 months.
17. Any breach of this contract removes breeder warranty.
The Buyer and the Breeder have read, reviewed and understand all the terms and conditions of
this Sales Agreement .
